Delete your Account, or Request Deletion

You are able to delete your account after logging in on the LiveTrack app, or you may submit a request to have your account delete if you cannot login. In order to delete your account, you must not have any active units. To cancel your devices, following the instructions to Suspend/Cancel here.

Getting to the Account Delete page:

  1. Open the LiveTrack app and Login.
  2. Next, tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen.
  3. In the menu, tap the "Settings" option.
  4. In the settings list, tap on "Profile".

From here, you can click on the Delete Account button in order to delete your account. There will be a prompt to confirm you wish to delete your account. After confirming the prompt, you will be logged out and your account will be successfully deleted. 

**NOTE: If you cannot log into your account, please submit a ticket using the button above to request account deletion. Please provide your email address for your account.
