The Profile screen in the LiveTrack app provides the ability to change the email address, name, phone number, and password on the account.


Getting to the Profile page:

  1. Open the LiveTrack app and Login.
  2. Tap the menu button at the top left of the screen.
  3. Next, tap "Settings"
  4. Then, tap "Profile"


Editing Account Information:

  • Username: The username field cannot be edited. If changing your username is necessary, please contact Datablaze Support at support@datablaze.com.
  • Email: Tap the email to edit it, then, enter a valid email address.
  • Name: Tap the name to edit it, then enter a new name.
  • Phone Number: Tap the phone number to enter a new number.
  • Password: To change your account password 
    1. Enter the current password in the "Current Password" field.
    2. Enter a new password in the "New Password" field.
    3. Then, enter the new password again in the "Confirm New Password" field.
    4. Finally, tap the "Save" button.

After all changes are completed, tap the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
