Activating Devices on an Existing Account

Follow the instructions below to activate a Datablaze device on your existing Datablaze Account. 

If you do not have a Datablaze account, view the Quick Start Guide for your device model. 


1. Open the LiveTrack app and login.

2. Tap the menu icon at the top left.


3. Tap the name of your current device under "Change Device"

4. Depending on how many devices and/or groups you have setup, do one of the following:


If you have only one active device, or if you have multiple devices but have not setup any device groups you will see the following screen. Tap the "Activate New Unit" button.


If you have multiple device groups, you will see the following screen. Tap the Group name you would like to activate your new device under. On the next screen, tap "Activate New Unit".

5. Follow the screen prompts to activate your new device. To view detailed activation instructions see the Quick Start Guide article under the Device Knowledgebase.
